Stonecrop Apartments is officially open! And one of the great benefits of having that building open is that Paige Sady, Summit Properties’ Addison County Community Manager, is set up in her new office right inside the front door. If you have a minute (while respecting her time!), please go introduce yourself to her.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Paige’s role at Stonecrop Apartments is full property management: leasing, managing renter inquiries and work orders, running her maintenance team, among many, many other things!
- Paige’s role for the Stonecrop Meadows HOA is as the point of contact for all grounds maintenance, trash pickup, winter snow removal, and other grounds- and building exterior-related inquiries.
- Chris will continue to monitor the “Warrant Request Form” submissions and handle all warranty work and inquiries.
- Tom, Andy, and myself are your HOA Board and will continue to interpret rules, approve exterior modification requests, etc. Those inquiries can be sent to Paige or directly to stonecrop@summitpmg.com.
