It has been a tough summer to grow grass! As you’ll see, much of the grass around the front stoops, back driveway, and community green has had a hard time germinating in the dry, hot summer we’ve been having.
You will see members of the construction team consistently watering through the remainder of the growing season. It will be their and the HOA’s responsibility to water plants and grass.
Please stay off the community green for several more weeks while we work to establish the grass. Thank you for your patience.
