  • Construction Updates

We have seen two new structures go up since the beginning of December: the townhome building opposite the community green and the third duplex along Seminary Street / Brush Lane. The fourth duplex will go up in mid-January and the third townhome building will go up mid- to late-February. As I’m sure you’ve also noticed, work continues to progress on Stonecrop Apartments. We are anticipating that this building will be completed in May and begin welcoming renters in June. We expect to be welcoming new residents to the community in late January with completion of the duplex opposite the mailboxes and then working up Brush Lane over the following few months. So please be on the lookout in the new year for new neighbors!

  • Winter Snow Removal Reminder

As we prepare for our first winter snowstorm, we wanted to take this opportunity to remind everyone of the plan.

Our snow removal contractor will be plowing and salting as needed the Stonecrop Road and walkways plus your driveways thru the entire winter season. A friendly reminder that you are each responsible for the snow removal of your front steps and porches. In the event there are any questions or concerns please feel free to call our Stonecrop office at (802) 386-2653 or email stonecrop@summitpmg.com.

  • Landscaping Update

It has been a tough summer to grow grass! As you’ll see, much of the grass around the front stoops, back driveway, and community green has had a hard time germinating in the dry, hot summer we’ve been having.

You will see members of the construction team consistently watering through the remainder of the growing season. It will be their and the HOA’s responsibility to water plants and grass.

Please stay off the community green for several more weeks while we work to establish the grass. Thank you for your patience.

  • Trash Pickup Wednesday Morning

Casella will be picking up trash and recycling on Wednesday mornings, but are asking that we put trash out Tuesday evening at the end of each homeowner’s driveway. They will send two trucks and are unsure of the exact timing for each.
