About the project
Stonecrop Meadows is a multi-year, multi-phase new neighborhood development providing much-needed housing for local families and individuals and relief for the workforce and area businesses that are the economic anchors of the region.
The first phase—the Core Village—will include 45 townhomes and duplexes for sale, with 37 of those offered at an incredibly reduced price that makes the homes achievable for families who qualify (please inquire for income qualifications) as well as a 35-unit apartment building with studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments with rents set to be affordable at many income levels.
Together, the Core Village will include homes, parks, community gardens, and is surrounded by preserved wetlands, fields, and potential trail connections.
